Kindly ensure that all fields are completed before check out. We keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck! If you spend above a certain amount, you will qualify for free delivery.

All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 working days and an email with your Tracking Reference Number on your SmartPac. All parcels can be tracked via Singpost. Currently, we only deliver within Singapore.
Sorry, we do not accept returns/refund. For defective items, please email us on our contact page within 7 calendar days of receiving your order with the following information: (a) Your order number (b) The name/ product code of the defected item (c) Photograph of the defect. We will be in touch on the next steps to take and advise on the availability of a replacement. If a replacement is no longer available, an online gift voucher will be provided instead. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with their tags intact and in their original box/packaging.
